Scamming company
( wouldn't even give this a star but I can't warn people about them if I don't ) Ordered a cab on the 26th at 4pm no one excepted the fair but ola still took £44 out of my account I've rang them several times since only to be told that they can't do anything about it an it's been sent bk 29th still no money returned ring again to be laughed out by the customers service team... Now I've had to spend 2 hours with my bank on the phone to council this transaction as they still took payment an didn't send it bk even tho I was reassured it will be in my account by the next day (27th) an won't leave my pending... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS No drivers except the fair an they still take your money use bolt or Uber atleast they send your money bk if no one expects the fair

I was tricked into being told a passing unmarked taxi was my ola ride, when I got to my house he asked me for £10, it was at this point I realised I had got into a dodgy taxi, a few minutes after arriving home the correct ola driver called, asked me for my pin number and charged me for a ride I did not take, the cab drivers name is Ejaz Ahmed ( please sack him) ride REF CRN 695917****, I am still awaiting the £14.19 to be debited back into my account, I have reported the incident to the police as fraud against the driver not Ola, thank you Ola as you are a good company but this driver is dishonest and a thug.
